A native of Louisville, Kentucky, Gia Rapp earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Louisville and her law degree from University of Dayton Law School in 2012. Prior to becoming an attorney, Rapp had a longstanding career as a corporate executive for both international and national organizations focusing in client relations. Becoming an attorney was a passion for Rapp, so in 2009 she decided to leave her career and attend law school to pursue her lifetime goal. Rapp states that she has never looked back on her decision.

“Any injury can be physically and financially catastrophic without warning. Listening and talking to clients while helping them navigate through the complex procedural framework in pursuit of settlement is purposeful and rewarding work. I am blessed and honored for this opportunity.”

During law school, Rapp served as a Judicial Intern for the Jefferson County District Court, which reinforced her passion to represent individuals and families. After earning her J.D., she continued her work in public service with the City of Louisville enforcing equality and justice for all members of our community in employment, housing, and public accommodations. She is also experienced in the representation of clients in sensitive probate matters and guardianship appointments.

Today, Rapp continues to pursue the legal rights of members of our community as an Attorney for Becker Law Office where she represents clients in a wide range of personal injury claims, including automobile accidents and premises liability negligence. As a former Recovery Attorney in healthcare subrogation, Rapp understands the impact of medical liens in settling personal injury cases. “Any injury can be physically and financially catastrophic without warning. Listening and talking to clients while helping them navigate through the complex procedural framework in pursuit of settlement is purposeful and rewarding work. I am blessed and honored for this opportunity.”

“They are a great team that worked hard for me and my family. Thanks for being there for us.” Continue reading
